Echo Lake

I just posted the first two pages of a story called Echo Lake in the members section at SSSC. It may look familiar to some who caught the tale I'm rebooting for SSSC the first time around some years back at HorrorBabes.com. I wanted to go back and have another crack at it, so here it comes.

Also two more pages of ISM Bedrides is up there too.

    Echo Lake looks like its going to be a serious horror story. Is it just me, or is it starting out with a Lovecraft feel? (Maybe it's just me since I've been reading his stories recently).

    Regardless, can't wait to see what might end up happening to the busty Dr. Rachel :) Any hints about what to expect?

      Sadly, Dr. Rachel is as of right now, a tossed off character that has no really bearing on the story except as a framing device. But who knows? May be in the sequel?
      Most things I do are with Lovecraft in mind, consciously or not. Though I don't make any claims as a writer.

      That's really cool to hear Lovecraft is an influence on your stories. His works are excellent sources of inspiration.
